Terms & Conditions

a) Open Events — Practice & Races

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee your space.
• Please verify all booking details are correct before confirming.
• All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time — late arrivals forfeit any refund or transfer.
• Sessions cancelled due to circumstances beyond Simply Race's control qualify for future credits.
• Bookings guarantee only the stated number of spaces; additional capacity cannot be assured.

b) Exclusive Events — Races & Junior Parties

• A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
• Prepaid catering must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Transfers are permitted within three months if requested at least 10 days before the event.
• Final payment is due upon arrival.
• Driver numbers cannot be reduced after booking but may increase subject to capacity.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time — late arrivals forfeit any refund or transfer.
• Cancellations caused by circumstances within Simply Race's control entitle customers to future credits.

c) Vouchers

• Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• No cash alternatives are offered.
• Valid only for the events specified on the voucher.
• Single-use and non-refundable.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• A voucher number is required at booking; once applied, the booking becomes non-transferable.
• Availability is subject to a first-come, first-served basis.

d) Loyalty Cards

• No cash alternatives are available.
• Event-specific use only.
• Single-use items.
• Cannot be combined with other offers.
• The cardholder's name and email are required when booking.
• Card details must match the booking and the card must be surrendered upon arrival.
• First-come, first-served availability applies.
• Simply Race reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

e) Online Bookings

• By using our online booking system you consent to your email address being used for marketing purposes.
• To opt out, click "unsubscribe" in any email or contact info@simplyrace.co.uk with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

f) Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are generally non-transferable and non-refundable.
• An exception applies where Simply Race is unable to fulfil a booking due to circumstances within our control.
• In such cases, rescheduling will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

a) Age

• Minimum age to use a simulator: 7 years.
• Sunday Morning Race Club: maximum age 16.
• Friday Night Unlimited: minimum age 18.
• Children under 12 require constant adult supervision.
• Under-16s may not remain in the venue after 9pm without an adult escort.

b) Size

• Minimum height: 125cm (4'1"), though individual variation exists across our simulators.
• A private seat fitting is recommended for drivers below 125cm, above 198cm (6'6"), or over 114kg (18 stone).

c) Medical Conditions

• Participants must disclose any existing medical conditions prior to use. Simulators provide tactile feedback by default, which can be disabled on request.
• The following must be declared: heart conditions, back problems, epilepsy, and similar conditions.
• Participation is not permitted during pregnancy.

a) Threatening Behaviour

Anti-social or aggressive conduct toward staff or other visitors is strictly prohibited. Simply Race reserves the right to refuse access to our facilities and remove anyone from our venue.

b) Language

Drivers must avoid inappropriate or controversial language on-site and during racing. After an initial warning, repeat offences will result in removal from the simulators and the venue.

c) Treatment of Equipment

All equipment must be treated with respect. The cost of deliberate damage may include repair fees plus compensation for lost business.
