Data is gathered when you make bookings, register a driver profile, use venue systems, participate in events, interact with telemetry platforms, contact us directly, or use our websites and applications.

Public Leaderboard & Telemetry Data

Simply Race may publicly display first name and surname initial, lap times, leaderboard positions, race results, championship standings, and driver rankings on venue screens, websites, and connected systems. Participation in events may result in race data being displayed publicly. We take care to minimise unnecessary exposure for junior drivers.

Connected Third-Party Systems

We use third-party platforms such as Telemetry.club and venue management software for lap timing, leaderboards, profiles, statistics, championships, community features, and performance tracking. Users may be subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. Simply Race works to maintain reasonable data protection standards across all integrations.

Children's Data & Parental Consent

Simply Race welcomes junior participation and takes children's privacy seriously. Parental or guardian consent may be required for users under 13. We do not use children's data for behavioural advertising or inappropriate profiling.
